There are innumerable books and thoughts on inspiration and motivation. but really do they help, I ask!
Not worked for me at least. And I can say there are many many more like me who read but don't know how to use it in our life. Reading is one thing but implementing it in one's own life is something else!!

a) The world is changing so rapidly, and many people are paralyzed with fear and anxiety about the future.
FORGIVE anyone and everyone who has been unkind or rude to you. Believe me, he did not mean it. His insecurities have made him such. (it can be a 'she' too, no offence Generous Gentlemen)
b) Anything that you fight with or struggle against grows larger. You give power to lower energies by focusing upon them. You don’t eliminate darkness by arguing with it. The only way to eliminate darkness is to turn on a light.
TURN ON your inner light and you will defeat your inner demons!
c) Today, RECALL a favorite memory, which serves as a to uplifting feelings and thoughts.
"Life ... is a tale Told by an idiot,
full of sound and fury,
Believe me, your thought process changes everything...the circumstances around you, the vibrations around you, the people around you, everything.
g) In the end, a small prayer of thankfulness and gratitude....
"Dear God, thank you for helping me to quiet my mind and heart,
so that I can reflect upon my experiences."
There’s no ulterior purpose other than to be here, in the present, without trying to get anywhere or attain anything. If your purpose is to achieve a quiet mind then the trying itself can create tension and failure. Instead, you’re just with whatever is happening in the moment, no judgment, no right or wrong. FLOAT.....
